Cancellation Policy

We’re committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our dancers. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, please review and adhere to the following policy: 1. Booking & Payments • All classes, packages, and memberships must be booked and paid for in advance through our online system. • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. • Payments for all services (single classes, class packs, events, and memberships) are non-refundable. • Bookings are non-transferable. 2. Cancellation Policy (Classes & Private Sessions) • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid charges. • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full. • No-shows will be considered late cancellations and are also charged in full. • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions. 3. Class Packs • Class packs (multi-session bundles) are valid for a specified period (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 months) depending on the pack purchased. Please check the expiry date at purchase. 4. Membership Policy • Memberships are based on a minimum 3-month commitment. • After the minimum term, your membership renews monthly until cancellation is requested. • You must give 1 month’s written notice to cancel your membership. • Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you miss classes during the month. • Classes included in your membership cannot be carried over to the next month. 5. Event Bookings & Workshops • Special events and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. 6. Studio Cancellations or Rescheduling • No refunds will be issued for studio-initiated changes unless otherwise agreed. By booking a class, package, or membership with us, you agree to abide by this policy.
